Federico Luger (FL GALLERY) presents Abdelkader Benchamma’s second solo exhibition at the gallery. Abdelkader Benchamma’s drawings depict the different states of matter, their works oscillate from abstraction to figuration in a subtle way. Some of these works suggest organic forms, such as mountains, water or vegetation; others seem explosions of abstract shapes, or also by indefinite architectural elements. Many of the realities that the artist represents draw inspiration from his interest in science fiction literature and cosmology, in this process Benchamma does not limit his use of almost every medium that can allow him to experiment with basically graphic and predominantly monochrome approach.
